Hyper Net is solely a local data tracking utility and analytical software. It is not a financial institution, wallet provider, custodian, broker, exchange, or investment platform. The application does not hold, hold custody of, or process user funds or cryptocurrency assets, does not access private keys, does not execute transactions, and does not provide financial or investment advice. All information is provided for informational and record-keeping purposes only.

3. Permitted use

You may use the website and software for lawful informational and record-keeping purposes consistent with these Terms, including organizing local records and performing consistency check workflows for personal or internal analytical use.

4. Prohibited use

You must not:

  • use the software or website for unlawful activities
  • attempt to disrupt, misuse, or compromise the website
  • misrepresent Hyper Net as a financial institution, wallet, custodian, broker, exchange, or investment platform
  • claim that Hyper Net holds funds, accesses private keys, executes transactions, or provides financial advice
  • reverse engineer or reuse site materials in a way that violates applicable intellectual property law, except where such restriction is prohibited by law

5. Intellectual property

The website may link to third-party resources, including the Microsoft Store homepage. Those services are independent. Hyper Net is not affiliated with Microsoft and does not claim Microsoft endorsement, certification, or partnership unless separately and factually stated.

8. No financial or investment advice

Nothing on the website or in the software constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You remain solely responsible for any decisions you make based on informational records you maintain.

9. No financial institution status

Hyper Net does not operate as a bank, payment institution, e-money issuer, broker, exchange, or similar regulated financial business by virtue of this website or software description.

10. No wallet functionality and no custody of assets

Despite topic wording that may include the phrase “offline wallet tracker” in a descriptive product sense, Hyper Net does not provide wallet functionality for storing, transferring, or securing cryptocurrency or other assets, and it does not take custody of assets.

11. No transaction execution

The software does not execute payments, trades, transfers, deposits, withdrawals, or other financial transactions.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and software are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

These Terms may be revised periodically. The “Last updated” date will change when updates are published. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in the United Kingdom shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
